- Back dated to 1992/1993. Actually written in late 2002/early 2003.
- Salah Abdel Rasool - gave the documents to CSM
- "said he had captured them after his men shot their way into a home once used by Qusay Hussein."
- CSM asked 'a leading US-based expert on Iraqi government documents'
- things that indicate forgery
- 'problematic language'
- 'arabic text' doesnt match 'bureaucratic writing'
- 'signature lines and other elemtns differ from genuine procedure'
- date determined by chemical analysis of ink
- things that indicate forgery
